This product is excellent...IF you have the height available. I purchased this as an addition to my free weight set up and intended on using my power cage as the tether points. Works very well except that the cage isn't high enough to allow easy use of the product. The cage itself sits at 6'1" tall. If you have 8' or higher as your connection point then this would be a no-brainer as it is a really decent product but below that 8', know that you will have to modify your form/posture and/or get very creative with rigging.
Purchased these for our home gym as a way to add tricep pushdown and lat pulldowns. Works great, easy to set up. No complaints, I would recommend for home gyms. We use ours looped over a squat rack and so it adds some diversity to our workouts.
These are great and you can't beat the price. Gonna buy some more because they're such good quality

This squat rack is a game-changer! Super easy to assemble solo, and the adjustable safety bars saved me during a heavy lift. Love the added pull-up bar--now I do squats, pull-ups, and landmine rows in one space. Sturdy steel frame, zero wobble at 400lbs. Best investment for serious lifters!
