Our Fitness Return and Exchange Policy – Hassle-Free & Clear:

At FitCore Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, our fitness return and exchange policy ensures a smooth process to get you the gear or supplements you need. Whether you received the wrong item, something arrived damaged, or you simply need a different size, we're here to help.


🔁 What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition

  • You received the wrong product or size

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

For hygiene and safety, opened supplements and personal-use items (e.g., shaker bottles, wearable gadgets) are not eligible for return unless defective.


📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@fitcoresupply.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A photo (if applicable)

    • Reason for return or exchange

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

  3. Once approved, return the item using the provided shipping label (if applicable).


💵 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

  • Funds are returned to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


🔄 Exchanges

  • We offer one-time free exchanges for sizing or color errors

  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund


❗ Exceptions & Notes

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable

  • Products shipped directly from third-party suppliers may have separate policies (noted on product pages)
